Chuck_M
I have a new H150i Elite CAPELLIX that I replaced an old water pump with. I already had a Lighting Node Pro in my box. After install and plugging into USB Headers on Motherboard, lights, fans etc all work except two things that bother me: 1. Commander Pro does not show up in ICUE ((But the Capellix water pump does) 2. In windows 11 device manager it reports "Unknown USB Device (Link in Compliance Mode) Questions: Am I correct in assuming the commander pro should show up in ICUE? How do I cure the "Unknown USB Device (Link in Compliance mode) device manager error? (I presume this is causing #1) Thanks in advance!
Lostsoul33
Having this same issue only thing is my entire cpu cooler is not showing up in icue and my fans aren’t either, they definitely work tho just can’t control them…
Solution LeDoyen Posted February 6 Solution Share Posted February 6 The controller that comes with the Capellix AIO is a commander Core, not a pro 😉 It doesn't show up as a commander but as a pump head in iCUE. But if you click on it, you have all the options of a commander unit, with lighting and fan/pump speed control. So, if you see that, then your unknown USB device is something else
Chuck_M
Thanks. I disconnected ALL usb devices, to include the internal headers and then put them back one by one with all ICUE stuff first. Running now like a champ.

Happened to me before, but it came back randomly and never thought anything of it. Just happened again now though. Looking at Device Manager, there's nothing there either.
