icue + void elite wireless issues

Hi guys, Im having some trouble with the void elite wireless and icue (icue 3 and 4).

Shortly, sometime I have a huge hissing/white noise constantly from the headphones, and the equalizer doesn't work, if im lucky only the noise, but sometime both...

I don't know what to do, I tryied everything, literally everything, unistalling the drivers, icue, formatting the pc, deleting the files in the regedit and other things, but nothing.

someone have any type of solution? maybe the build? just to be sure there is my build
