Elpanda
Hi, Im a new member , i hope somebody can help me with these questions. im building a pc on H5 Flow which will have 6 fan slots. 1. I have already bought the LL120 x 3 Fan kit which I installed at the front and bottom for air intake 2. I plan to have the AIO H100i (come with 2 ML120) Rad install on the top for Cpu cooling. 3. Now i have 1 slot left at the back for air exhaust. The thing is i cannot get LL120 single pack for the area that i live. I can only get the ML120. My question is can get them to work in-sync together ? And should I connect all of them to the Node Pro for Icue controlling ? This is my first build with the Corsair Fan. And apologies if i posted in the wrong group or if this question has been answered somewhere (i did search around in this forum for similar issues) thanks ! c-attack
Can you be specific about which “H100i” you intend to buy? That base part of the name is shared with 9-10 AIO models across the years then a “XT” or “Pro” or “Elite” gets tacked on. These models gave substantial differences and the answer to your question hinges on the controller type.

Hi, the one I plan to get is H100i Elite Capellix ( because I also want to upgrade the LCD screen later) .
Solution c-attack Posted February 5 Solution Share Posted February 5 The elite Cappelix models come with a Commander Core. It has independent RGB headers so it’s much easier to mix fans. You can combine the LL and ML on the same controller. It can’t make the ML do ring effects on a ring it doesn’t have, but you the UI will properly set up for whatever combination you use. Also be aware the current ML fan is the ML-elite. It has 8 center hub LEDs and that is what comes with the AIO. However, the prior model was the ML-Pro with 4 LEDs. You likely will prefer another 8 led fan, whether it is the ML-Elite, SP-Elite, or just to be released AF-Elite RGB. All can do the rear exhaust job.
Elpanda
Ok thank you so much for the post. I did not notice that the AIO does actually comes with the Commander Core. It does really help with the power and cable management. I will look into the ML fans that are available here.
