Virtuoso SE randomly losing connection to discord when loading into games and pregame lobbies causeing me to exit game and fix issue constantly

Every time I go from pre-game to in-game lobby or vice versa or i use in game mic i lose connection to discord with the microphone but not the audio. i have ran through all the possible issues with nothing fixing it. had a icue software update a couple days ago and it worked great for a couple days now its right back to the same issues. i am very upset with the quality of customer service on this product because i have tried to contact tech support on numerous occasions and nobody has contacted me back to try and help solve this annoying issue.

Hello, do you have your input on Discord set as the headset itself, or set as "default device"? If set to default, the game and the program could be fighting for control of the mic.

yes i have it set to corsair virtuoso SE but it has been doing this since i got the device and it is set to primary on my pc i have updated drivers and everything but i just keep losing connection with only mic to discord

so no found issues no reply cool great customer service literally have emailed corsair 4 times for this. i dont believe im purchasing these products anymore.

Yo try changing the audio subsystem in discord voice and video settings. That worked for me as I was having the same issue you are having.

honestly at this point corsair is becoming garbage theyr keyboards are meh the ram sticks i got just are constantly failing and this headset is garbage and getting anything replaced through them is impossible you have to have your pc be down for a month if you want items warrantied they can care less about their customers or the quality of their products
