Ram lights turned off since last iCue "Murals" Update

Recommended Posts

I just updated iCue today with the new Murals effects.

Since then my RAM (Dominator Platinum RGB DDR5) LEDs are turned off when iCue is started.

If I close iCue, the LED light up again and display normally.

If tried reboot and it didn't change anything.

I have an Asus ROG STRIX Z690-F GAMING WIFI.

Mine has totally disappeared from icue. Im not sure if they are lighting up or not as hardware mode had them turned off.

What effect are you using because based on that screenshot it looks like you have it set to black which would explain why the DRAM LEDs are off.

I have configured a lightling link with rainbow wave on all the devices and it work with all of them except with the RAM.

Sometimes, the RAM sticks are correctly lightenen, but sometimes they are completely off.

They seem off because I have disable murals effects, I don't like these effects. I'm using lighting link instead.

Murals are “disabled” or inactive by default. You don’t need to change the settings. It looks like you have thrown a static black layer on top of everything else via the Murals panel. Those black circles on each device should not be there and suggests murals is activated.
