USBs randomly shuting down and restarting when iCue software is on

This error has happened several times and only happens when iCue software is turned on.  

I have the 360mm LCD cooler and 6 fans everything is detected fine by the software.

Make sure that your motherboard BIOS and chipset drivers are fully updated.

This error has happened several times and only happens when iCue software is turned on.

I'm also having this same issue on my Z590 system. Seems to be a issue with iCue.
