We would recommend you reach out to our support team directly by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com. They will be able to get you a fix or a replacement if necessary.

If its still covered under the two year warranty we can provide a replacement but you would have to pay for shipping of the defective item back to us if approved and we cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you.
