PSU SF750 Restarts about 1 second after start. and then working normaly.

Hello,

I've build a new setup with the "SF750 — 750 Watt 80 PLUS® Platinum", everything is working fine. Except when i start it (cold start, not on restart). When i press the button to start the conputer it starts (with an audioable click) its working for a second and then restarts. (again with an audioable click). And then its working as expected with no other issues.

1. Is it normal that when its starts, its making this click nosie? (i've noticed its doing this click also when it turned off)

2. Why its alwayes restarting after the first start?
