They work fine as long as they keep connected to a USB cable but as soon as I take it out they turn off. I tried the steps in this article but I had no success:https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/152874-hs70-headset-battery-issues/ I opened a ticket with Corsair Support (#2005627147) 3 months ago for this. They replied that they would send a replacement as soon as I send proof of destruction of the headsets. I did that, shared photos and then they backtracked and said a refund via PayPal which was weird but ok. After that I got no reply whatsoever, no mention of next steps or anything.
