ICUE not saving my RGB settings

so I have the Void Elite wireless headset and im trying to turn off the Rgb on the logo to save more battery time, as soon as i open my ICUE software and set my rgb colors to "off" it works and turns off the rgb but, every time i just restart my pc or just turn off my headset and turn it back on it somehow doesn't save my rgb settings i saved on my profile and just reset to default and keeps bringing back the rgb lights on, so i have to open the icue software and set my rgb settings to off to actually do something every time i turn on my pc and this is really disappointing and also just not comfortable, and solution to this?
