marcusob
To change password we need to come out of the forums site it seems, and go back to the main Corsair site. As using the top right username drop down has no option for Account Information like the main site does, it has a different option called Account Settings. Changing password however can only be done throguh Edge for me and does not work on Firefox as the Change Password option is not even there on Firefox. Edge Screen shot of Your Profile (corsair.com) - can see the Change Password Option Firefox Screen shot of Your Profile (corsair.com) - Missing Change Password Option 1. It would be a great idea, to use the same options in the forum account settings as the main page, or have a button on the drop down for Password, that refers the user to the main site Account Information URL. 2. It would be good if all browsers see the same options - ie can change password I didnt try Chrome - as I avoid giving google access to my entire OS and PC contents, (yes I know MS does this through Edge but I run Windows so MS already have access to everything.). marcusob
Also when I do try to change the password using Edge, from the main site (not inside forum - see above), it gives me an unauthroized access error - the password is correct, and I tried logging out and back in again etc)

We can look into that. 2/3. I just checked FF, Edge, and Chrome. No issue changing password on any of them.
