DLSquad19
Hi I was changing the rgb on my k60 rgb pro keyboard in the icue app and noticed that tha f3, f6, alt and block number keys had a diferent color from the one that I selected; i selected a gradient purple/pink and those keys wore red. My keaboard is in Portuguese layout. Here is the icue app and a photo of the keyboard. What can I do? Sorry for the quality of the pictures. c-attack
Try the easy fix first. Go to the Device settings and “check for firmware update”. It will come back and list none, but this enables “force update”. Click it and it will reload the current firmware. This may unstick the RGB elements for those keys. This is likely no blue led active on those keys. You can test by setting a static 0/0/255 blue value. If the hard reset doesn’t work, you can try the soft reset below. Be aware this will erase any user profiles saved to the KB. if that does not resolve things, you may need to contact Corsair Support through the ticket system. It may be physical. https://help.corsair.com/hc/articles/360025465031-How-to-Reset-your-keyboard
DLSquad19
Hi Forcing the update didn't work. When I add a static color with 0 red, 0 green and 255 blue the keys in question don't light up properly. I couldn't get my keyboard to reset but thanks for the help.

When I add a static color with 0 red, 0 green and 255 blue the keys in question don't light up properly. Confirms the blue LED is out on those keys. That's an odd number of keys to drop their blue all at the same time, I so am still leaning toward some type of firmware/board problem rather than 5 simultaneous LED burn outs. However, time to contact Corsair Support. Use the link at the bottom of this page to start a ticket. In the meantime, you may want to keep trying the ESC key soft reset. It will be the first thing Support asks you to do. If you can tell them on the first communication you've already done both the soft reset and firmware flash, that should save some time.
