Gn0m4
New mouse/dongle looks like they are very old because earlier firmware version. I had no problem to update some weeks ago the other mouse (as you can see his dongle is uptodate, mouse was off at screenshot moment). How can i solvent this problem? I re-installed the iCue software some minutes ago and the problem wasn't go. I can't find firmware files in your website to try to update them manually from iCue menu. Thanks in advance Edited December 29, 2022 by Gn0m4
