K100 RGB Stream Deck G-Tasten Probleme

Hi Marcus,

it is not the case. I have the same problem. Since some versions ago I cannot configure my G-Keys via Stream Deck Software anymore. The iCUE Software detects the Stream Deck,  but the Stream Deck Software doesn't detect the K100 RGB any longer...

This is a well known issue for some month now!

I also have the K100 in operation and could not reproduce this error.

Here is the prerequisite and the sequence for using the iCUE plugin in the Stream Deck app:

  1. Save your iCUE profiles
  2. Uninstall iCUE according to this guide
  3. Stream Deck must have version 6.02.17735 (download) or update via the Stream Deck App
  4. Download and install iCUE plugin from Stream Deck App Store (version 1.2.105)
  5. iCUE should use at least version 4.31.168 (download)
  6. after finishing the iCUE version, you should now be able to select the G-Keys in the Stream Deck App.

I hope I could help you with this.

Greetings M.Jay

Please perform a reset of the K100:

  1. iCUE must be running actively (window open).
  2. Unplug the keyboard.
  3. With the keyboard unplugged, press and hold the B + L key.
  4. Press and hold the B + L key and reconnect the keyboard to your computer.
  5. After about 3 seconds, release the B + L key.
  6. You will be prompted to perform a firmware update.
  7. After installing the FW restart the PC and test again

and/or

  1. Unplug the keyboard.
  2. Press and hold the ESC key while the keyboard is unplugged.
  3. While holding down the ESC key, plug the keyboard back into your computer.
  4. After about 5 seconds, release the ESC button. If the reset was successful, you will see the keyboard light flashing.
