K100 Freezing by itself

I have the same issue here, they don't seem to reply whenever I ask for a fix or help on it, it just seems like they don't care. Our best bet will probably be a refund or something. Freezing + spamming issues that don't stop until you replug it for a flagship keyboard at this price point... how embarrassing for corsair. Never buying a corsair product ever again.

whats the point, they never answer...

 

 

still not fixed after the last iCUE update

they  just dont care... never gonna buy a corsair product again.
