Go to the CUE settings and find "run RGB detect".  The exact wording might be different for the German localization.  This will force the Commander Core to run the detection protocol again.

The two Commander Core and XT devices both auto-detect PWM and RGB header population at power on.  The RGB has that manual re-test or you can try to manually set it as "LL fans x 3".  If that is not working or if the PWM drops out too, shut down the PC and flip the PSU off.  Wait 30 seconds, then flip it back on and power up.  The power cycle forces the Commander Core to do a deep reboot and check all connections again.

Since the Commander Core has individual RGB headers unlike all the other serial Corsair RGB controllers, this is not likely to be a bad fan.  On that controller, a bad fan should be limited to that fan's LEDs only.

@Schwarzbardt

I am glad it is lighting up now that you have explained your actual wiring assignments, but why are you still using the Commander Pro for this?  You must use the Commander Core to power the Elite Capellix pump, so you have a 6 fan/6 RGB controller sitting back there empty.

The Commander Pro cannot natively read the coolant temp from the AIO sensor. You are not going to have stable fan control when cue is not running. The Commander Core exists for that purpose.

i use comander core and comander pro at the same time because i installed a total of 7 fans. I wish you a happy holiday and a happy new year

OK, that makes more sense if you are running 4 + 3.

For the keyboard, it's hard to tell if the signal is dropping but interesting the replug corrects it.  "Red" is the default fall back color for CUE keyboards when they get in trouble.  Try the reset options below.  Be aware the ESC key "soft reset"  will erase any stored CUE profiles on the KB.  I might force update the firmware for the KB first.

I am a bit worried it is behaving somewhat erratically.  That suggests the problem may be on the KB circuit board or wiring -- a physical problem.  This is a K95 Platinum or XT?  Initialization problems are not very common on that keyboard.  If you are still in your warranty period, start a Support Ticket with Corsair in case it needs to be replaced and troubleshooting help.
