Mobian
I've had this issue with multiple pairs of corsair wireless headphones, such as Corsair Void RGB Elite Wireless Premium Gaming Headset with 7.1 White and Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless Gaming Headset So as you're aware corsair has their own program, icue. With the program there's an equalizer that adds more customization to sound. This is probably where my problem is, but I'm unsure. What's happening is that when I share my screen with people, the audio that's picked up is remarkably quiet. What I've come to notice it that discord is taking the base volume of the volume mixer, and not taking into account what's been changed through icue. I think, anyway. Even if I edit it so that it's all -12 db it's still kind of straining to have it at a volume where people can actually hear it. It could also just not be related to the issue at all. Generally, the audio is so much louder for me than it is for the viewer. I am the only person I know that uses corsair that has this issue and I legitimately have no idea what to do at this point, even people who used the same headset as me do not have this issue. I've attached some images that show my audio drivers, and my db equalizer settings I've tried messing around with the settings in discord, doesn't do anything. I've tried reinstalling things, this occurred even on a fresh windows install, and it wasn't related to hardware such as my motherboard either so. I am pretty much stumped as to why this is happening at all. If there's any additional information I can provide, let me know. Thanks.
