Noisy H100i RGB Pro XT - Is there a fix?

Hey I have the cooler titled since July. I've now changed from a NZXT H440 to a Corsair 4000X case and since it doesn't have sound deadening you can really hear the noisy pump. It's like a screeching noise almost but not as loud as one of course. I turned all fans off to confirm and noise is still there  can really hear the pump since it's more open case. I tested with all fans off and pretty certain it's from the pump. Is it normal to hear buzz? Even set on quiet it's pretty loud. To clarify not talking about the fan curves here, the fans are set to a low noise already.

It is currently top mounted I am wondering if changing orientation and front mount would help maybe?
