My K100 OPX sometimes presses a key more than once, gets stuck in press, forgets to release

Kinda annoying, my keyboard is super clean, it happens with different letters, i tried changing the usb port now to a usb 3 port, and also i removed the usb that corresponds to the usb on the keyboard to have only the keyboard connected. Also the other day, the keyboard just shut off completely, i had to restart my system to get it to work again, what could be the root cause of this?
