Problem with Ironclaw Rgb wireless

I've had my Corsair Ironclaw for about a year now, maybe a little less, but yesterday it started flashing white on the side. now I can't use it in 2.4 Ghz or normal cable mode. The mouse also no longer resets when you hold both buttons and then turn it on. Plugging dongle into multiple usb places doesn't do it and also I have the latest iCue version. I don't have bluetooth ( Mainbord: Msi Tomahawk Max II ) and so don't know if this also not works.
