Corsair Void Elite RGB Wireless microphone static sound

It's been a week since I bought the headset. When I record my voice and listen to it, hearable static sound comes out of the microphone very much. All my drivers are up to date. The latest version of icue is installed and sidetone set to off. Is there any way to fix this?

Try the below steps

Right click on the sound icon in the Windows taskbar

Select SOUNDS

Go to the recording tab

Double click on the headset and select the Advanced Tab.

Check the quality and make sure it is set to the highest quality option.

there is already 1 option and that is the highest dvd quality selected.
