Discord sharing screen audio bug

Hi,

I'm having the following problem:

When I connect the dongle of my Virtuoso headset to the USB port of the ST100 support, and share the screen through discord, the sound is completely inaudible (robotized), this problem only occurs when the dongle is connected to the ST100, if I connect it to the panel front / back of the cabinet, the phone works perfectly....

Does anyone know what could be going on?

The ST100 is not able to provide the amount of power and USB bandwidth that the wireless receiver requires in order to function properly. You will need to plug the wireless receiver directly into a USB 3.0 port on the physical system in order for it to function properly.

if you can't transfer the amount of bandwidth needed, then they should remove these "misleading" images from the internet
