Corsair 7000D case Chassis fans connectivity to Asus Z690-F Board

I am looking for some help getting the three Fans running in this case. If the PWM Three (3) wire cable is connected to the MB on any of the fan header, nothing works. However, all of the fans work if the controller/HUB is bypassed, and the three fans are directly connected to the MB. The is wiring is pretty straight forward, little room for error.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you!

Are you referring to the PWM hub in the back of the case?  The control wire from PWM hub to fan controller is only PWM and tachometer.  Power to the circuit board is through the SATA connector and this is effectively a powered splitter.
