Fan compatibility

I have purchased the 5000x RGB case and the h100i elite capellix. I saw that the case itself comes with an rgb controller and a pwm controller. I also noticed the AIO comes with a commander core. The plan is to leave the 3 120s in the front of the case and put the rad exhausting on the top and I bought a sixth SP120 elite fan, which I made sure was the same ones that came with the case to put in the back to also exhaust. Everything is shipping so if I need to make additional purchases I would be very sad.

My question was if I could skip the PWM header and rgb controller that comes with the case and just attach all 6 fans to the commander core? Seems better to route everything together and from what I saw from watching reviews of the case is that the pwm header and rgb controller are a little split from each other, so the cable management looks quite tedious and kind of ugly. If I can just remove/ignore those and just slap the commander core in and route everything to it, that would be a lot easier. Everywhere I've looked so far makes it seem like all the different corsair controllers and fans themselves have very weird compatibility nuances. So any help would be very appreciated.

Yes, you must use the Commander Core because pump control, lighting, and power is routed to it through the Commander Core.  It has 6 PWM and 6 RGB headers and that's all you will need.  The PWM repeater hub in the back will be useful if you decide to add fans to the side wall later and the same goes for the Lighting Node Core RGB controller.
