Same... Makes me really question whether or not I would use Corsair again. I went against my gut and grabbed a Corsair PSU instead of Seasonic. DerUniversalindikator Posted December 21, 2022 Share Posted December 21, 2022 Same here, got a pump issue with my H115i (round about 1-year-old), opened a ticket 9 days ago....absolutely no response except the auto-response-mail. I mean, if you are not able to respond to the ticket within 2 or 3 business days (maybe a little more before Christmas), don't say so in the auto-response-mails. It would be absolutely fine (for me) when they say that they need 1 - 2 weeks to respond, because I have a period of time and I don't feel lost when I haven't had an answer yet (after 8 business days).
