No response to RMA - 2 weeks

Hello, I've opened an RMA request due to a faulty Power supply unit which I just bought

the ticket number is 2005756636

honestly this is the worst customer service I've ever encountered, it is absolutely humiliating.

the post say 3 business days, however it has been 2 weeks!

Same... Makes me really question whether or not I would use Corsair again. I went against my gut and grabbed a Corsair PSU instead of Seasonic. This wait really has me asking questions about the brand! For shame.

Same here, got a pump issue with my  H115i (round about 1-year-old), opened a ticket 9 days ago....absolutely no response except the auto-response-mail.

I mean, if you are not able to respond to the ticket within 2 or 3 business days (maybe a little more before Christmas), don't say so in the auto-response-mails.

It would be absolutely fine (for me) when they say that they need 1 - 2 weeks to respond, because I have a period of time and I don't feel lost when I haven't had an answer yet (after 8 business days).

Don't get me wrong, I love the products, but it's so important to have a good / reliable customer support as well!

So sorry for that delay. I do see an agent has started the process for you and the replacement is on it's way. So sorry for the entire experience.
