Icue does not install, for a long time

I can't install icue has been years! I am thinking of buying an M55 mouse, because I am Abideastro, but I am deistent because I will not be able to configure the mouse. Because icue does not install on my computer, I have a K55 keyboard, when I needed to install a new version of Icue it never installed any other version again. I've done all the procedures requested, clean registration, use the "MicrosoftProgram_install_and_And_uninstall.meta" and nothing resolves. I don't believe I will have to format the machine to make this program work.
