Superino
never seen worse Technical Support RMA #2005772912 #2005764836 they make products below Chinese products at skyrocketing prices. but at least have good assistance, very slow to respond, and when they do they make you do the same things you've already written that you've already done.. it's then again several days to respond let's talk about the 1000D case it's crap the gpu screws are stripped, after the second gpu is mounted, it is full of rust (in my house there is no humidity) if you touch it you get an electric shock, system made up to standard, with other cases, no shock. LeDoyen
If corsair discovered a way to generate free electricity, they should go in the power business 😛 If it's static, it's environmental, and not case specific (your carpet? mesh chair?) If your previous cases were not grounded at places, or had more plastic panels obviously, you wouldn't shock on them. I have a mesh cloth chair, on a carpet, on top of wooden floor. i spark on everything including the PC case. it's not the case's fault, it's meant to be grounded and discharge everything. Now if you get mains power to your fingers when touching the case, you should investigate your PSU or your washing machine.. As for case defects, at the first sight of rust you should just get it exchanged and not even build in it. that thing dwelled too long in port or something, it's just not sellable. As for the stripped screws, that's unfortunately a problem common to many brands. They overtorque everything from the factory. My last Corsair case, i had to open the panels the first time with a multitool. the thing had stripped and locked screws everywhere. At the top of the ticket creation page it states: Quote Corsair Gaming is facing a seasonal increase in support inquiries by both email and phone. The crew are working as quickly as possible to provide everyone with timely assistance, but there may be some delays in responses as we work to provide excellent service to each customer. Please do not create multiple tickets for your issue and use your original ticket number on all communication, as multiple tickets and multiple communication threads can slow down our response times. We ask for your patience during these difficult times and apologize for any inconvenience.
