ChrissiB
When trying to install the version 4.31.168, I get the following message:The older version of CORSAIR ICUE 4 Software cannot be removed. (System Error 1620).What could be the reason for this? 🤔 I've done the software updates several times over the past few months, but I've never had this problem. ChrissiB
So, the Microsoft troubleshooter obviously deleted the "Icue.exe" in the Corsair directory. After that I downloaded the latest software version from the Corsair website. The installation was successful. 👍
