icue-h150i-elite-capellix-pump-failure - ongoing issue - Ticket ID #2005772767

Dear community,

Since 3 days I get a "pump error" after the start - the system seems to be running at full load.
The pump is not even a week old.

The system boots up - 10 seconds normal fan noise and illumination  shortly afterwards all is turning red and the Fans run 100% load

as a brief information: in iCue, the fans run at about 2000 revolutions.

The CPU temperature seems "normal" at about 47-50° under load - so the pump itself seems to be working and also the fans. However, it is unbearable that the fans run at full load all the time.
I have already reconnected everything to rule out an error here and also swapped the USB port on the mainboard.
When the PC starts, the fan runs normally for about 10 seconds and also displays an image.
Immediately afterwards, the fans spin up.
The motherboard is an MSI MPGZ 490 - Gaming Plus

I’ve been having the same issue. Only had the unit for a few months and icue software is telling me pump failure. My cpu isn’t overheating. Pump shows in my bios that it’s working, however, when system turn on, it begins to blink red and showing pump failure… I’ve checked Reddit and it looks to be a common issue with the h150i Elite Capellix. This is my third Corsair Aaio. My last Corsair lasted 9 years, this one only lasted a few months. I’ll be posting videos on Reddit.

I got this error a few days ago. Made sure all the connections were tight and they seemed fine. Pc keeps overheating even tho I can feel vibrations in the lines. It ran perfect at first and poof, got this light and it all went downhill.
