mohamm11
After the latest update I keep getting the error "icue the code execution cannot proceed because qt5gui.dll" and other 'qt5' dll's because multiple windows pop up warning me. It said to 'try reinstalling the program' but that didn't help!
Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted December 8, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 8, 2022 What version of iCUE do you have installed? Do you have any of Asus's software suite installed for your motherboard, which one if so? Do you have any of MSI's software suites installed for your GPU, which one if so? fdief
I have the exact same error messages, several qt5 dlls errors at start, but no impact. This started after updating to the latest version, previous was good (with the previous UI) iCue 4.31.168 Commander pro 0.9.212 AI Suite 3 software installed but never running, MSI Afterburner installer but never running. Ok so get this, I forgot to update this post but I found the solution. I had the 32bit one installed and this update pretty much installed the 64bit version so i had both installed and enabled on the startup settings. The error was caused by the 32bit one trying to open when 64bit one was already open. I manually uninstalled the 32bit version (in 'program files (x86)') and removed the startup entry as well from registry (i looked up its location) and i didn't encounter that issue anymore.
fdief
Thanks, worked perfectly. Found this out too. Corsair needs to make sure the updater uninstalls iCue 32 bit before installing iCue 4 64 bit... 1
