Hi guys,

I recently bought Icuei h100i rgb PRO XT, i saw that's not compatible with lga 1700. I wanted to buy lga1700 retrofit kit but the backplate included on rbg pro xt is not compatible with my motherboard (ASUS TUF B660 PLUS wifi D4). Is the backplate inclueded on ELITE Series Retention Kit compatible with this motherboard and with rgb PRO XT ? And also I saw that the retrofit and the retention kit  were no longer available in France how long does it take for it to be available?

The backplate that comes with your cooler will indeed work with your motherboard. You will need to slide the threaded standoffs to the correct location in order to line up with the mounting holes in the motherboard. And the LGA1700 Retrofit kit is also compatible with the Pro XT line of coolers.

As for when the kit will be back in stock and available for purchase in your region, we would recommend that you utilize the notification feature on the website to receive an email when they are available for purchase.

Hi again thanks for answering, i tried to fix the backplate for intel on the motherboard but the mounting holes not corresponding to those of the backplate, there is a slight lag.

The portion of the backplate that the standoffs screw into are able to move ever so slightly. You will need to adjust those, and properly line them up with the mounting hole. It will indeed work with the LGA1700 socket.
