Av3x Posted December 5, 2022 Share Posted December 5, 2022 I am having an issue where my new receiver isn't allowing me to pair my virtuoso headset. I was speaking with technical support Here is what was asked of me Perform a soft reset on the headset - completed. Click initiate on pairing - this option didn't exist but pairing did. Clicked pair but "start process" is greyed out so I cannot begin the pair process. In all instances, both devices are plugged directly into the computer.
