new receiver isn't allowing me to pair my virtuoso headset

I am having an issue where my new receiver isn't allowing me to pair my virtuoso headset.

I was speaking with technical support

Here is what was asked of me

  • Perform a soft reset on the headset - completed.
  • Click initiate on pairing - this option didn't exist but pairing did.
  • Clicked pair but "start process" is greyed out so I cannot begin the pair process.

In all instances, both devices are plugged directly into the computer.

Any help here would be massive, I haven't been able to use the wireless function of my headset for nearly a year
