1Gb over to 2Gb !!??

I have a dual channel kit in my current pc, in detail this one "Corsair PC3200XLPT TwinX 1024MB kit Dual Channel Kit 2x512MB Module DDR400, CL 2,0-2-2-5 @ 2,6V-2,75V". It's working totally fine, but now the newest computergames need quiet a lot memory, so i want to get 1Gb more, that i have 2Gb in total. There's place for 4 memory sticks in my motherboard, which is the "K8N Neo2 Platinum" (socket 939 http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/mainboard/mbd/pro_mbd_detail.php?UID=607 ). Will i have any problem, if i just buy the same kit again for the oher, free slots?

Another question i have...where can i really proof, if my memory is working in dual channel? Of course i put them in the frist two dimms, like it is recommended on the webside, the link is linked to but i want to be sure. In the tool "EVEREST Home Edition" stands that:

Memory Timings: 2-2-2-5 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS)

Command Rate (CR): 2T

DIMM1:Corsair CMX512-3200XL 512MB PC3200 DDR SDRAM (2.0-2-2-5 @200 MHz)

DIMM2:Corsair CMX512-3200XL 512MB PC3200 DDR SDRAM (2.0-2-2-5 @200 MHz)

Then i have a little offtopic question.

In 3DMark03 i get 6010/20 points, i that good or bad for my System?

Motherboard: MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum (Sockel 939, nForce3)

CPU: AMD Athlon 64, 3200+@2000MHz (socket 939 Winchester)

Graka: ATI Radeon 9800pro 128mb 256bit

Memory: 2x 512DDR SDRAM from Corsair

Harddisk: Maxtor 80GB 7200 RPM Serial-ATA

There's nothing overlocked or tweaked...

*thanks for any help i'll get*

ps: sorry for every mistake i did !!11 :(:

If you do go to 4 modules you may be limited at DDR333 with this platform. And you may have to relax the timings to like Cass 2.5-3-3-7 as well as set the Dim Voltage to 2.8 Volts. But a better solution may be to find another use for the modules you have now and just order a Twinx2048-3200C2 set of modules for best performance.

It would be great, if someone coult answer my other questions ;): .

but I hava a few more  :

Is it right, that my memory is running in 2.0-2-2-5@200Mhz? Shouldn't they run @400 or even 800Mhz, when they are working in dual channel?

My other question: How to change the Voltage and the Timings ?

Q: Is it right, that my memory is running in 2.0-2-2-5@200Mhz? Shouldn't they run @400 or even 800Mhz, when they are working in dual channel?

A: 200 Mhz clock frquency = DDR400 with the memory. P4 CPU that use a 200 MHz clock frequency would be 200 MHz X 4 = 800 FSB.

Q: My other question: How to change the Voltage and the Timings ?

A: This is normally done in your bios, please check the user manual that came with your MB and or ask the MB maker to help you change the timings and voltage settings.

Q: Where can i really proof, if my memory is working in dual channel?

A: Everest or http://www.memtest.org will show if the system is in dual channel (128 Bit mode) as well as CPU-Z will also show that as well.
