Schimitar rbg elite side buttons making right click cancel

I have the Schimitar rbg elite and when im playing a game, in this case World of Warcraft i use Q, W, E, A, S, D as well as my mouse (left and right click) to move my character. I then have my side buttons assigned to other keys on the keyboard for the abilities, when i am controlling my character while running, while hold the right click to steer said character, i then hit one of the side buttons and as soon as i do it cancels my holing of the right mouse click therefor making me not in control of my character until i release right click and reclick, and the cycle repeats.

 

Is there a simple solutions to this? a setting im missing.

Im also on mac and using the latest updated ICUE
