New commander core not outputting power to the aio

I have a H115i Elite Capellix AIO. The pump and supplied fans no longer receive any power. Fans don't spin when plugged into certain ports on the controller and there is no RGB. Pump no longer powers up. I plugged the fans into the motherboard fan ports and they work fine.

The SATA and USB cables are connected. It was working previously with no issues but after I upgraded my PSU to a CX650M the AIO wasn’t working.

I can see the commander in the bios but it’s not sending power to the pump and certain fan ports.

Really my question is whether or not the commander core could be faulty. It seems to be when controllable devices are connected to it, it just refuses to work with them.

Thank you for your help.

It's possible the Commander Core was damaged in the PSU swap or some type of cable mis-match.  However, nearly all the resolutions for this are going to require some new hardware so start a support ticket with Corsair from the link at the bottom of the page.  No reason to wait.

Yes, just wait. Maybe on Monday one of the Corsair representatives in the forum can check to make sure the ticket is there.
