ICUE Causing my pc to crash

Hey im fairly new and i dont usually post on forums but i have a few questions that is really drilling my brain.

I just bought a new rig and having some issues with icue and armoury crate anyways sometimes ill boot my pc up soon as it loads to desktop its all good then theres times where it will freeze and just instantly restart. The only way for this to not happen sometimes is to quickly open up icue and to the home screen while everything loads. My asus motherboard is always last to load and im assuming is causing an issue. i also have amoury crate installed as well and plug in in icue ON. Also i have tested turning the plugin to off that allows my motherboard header to sync with icue and i have no issues after that.
