Macro Mouse Movement Uneven

I was making my first macro that finally involves mouse movement and was noticing that when the mouse goes down, it comes back up more resulting in a higher position when the loop restarts. I made a test macro just to move the mouse without looping and I've noticed that it does this uneven movement on the first run, but if I don't move the mouse at all afterwards and run the macro again, the movement starts/ends at the same location as intended. Am I just missing something or have a wrong setting? Attached is an image of my current macro settings (for the test macro).
