Killer2019_HD
EN: (Google Translator) Hello, I have a problem with my Commander Pro. Since I connected my new ICUE Nexus Display yesterday, the fans connected to the Commander Pro can no longer be adjusted in ICUE. Under the menu item "Cooling" there is only the sensor monitoring of the different voltages (3.3V, 5V, 12V). Sometimes when I opened the ICUE window, a "Fan 2" pops up for a brief moment, but then disappears again after a few seconds. On the nexus screen under the commander pro site, it says that no fans are available. In itself, that wouldn't bother me, but since I can no longer adjust the fans, they spin faster (and therefore louder) than usual. I read that HW Info or ASUS Aura sometimes cause difficulties, but compatibility in HW Info for ICUE is enabled, Asus Aura plugin is also installed. I look forward to suggested solutions. Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted December 2, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 2, 2022 What fans are you attempting to control via the Commander Pro. And since you seem to believe that the is the cause have you tried to remove it from the system to see if it resolves?

The compatibility mode is for AIO coolers. In HWinfo you need to disable monitoring of the Commander Pro (right click on device in HWiNFO). After that restart the CUE app and service or simply reboot the PC. 0 voltages and missing UI elements are a common result when the two programs get locked up. Killer2019_HD
I installed the Corsair QL 120mm fans in the system. I also tried unplugging the NEXUS display, but that wasn't the issue. Due to the Commander Pro overlay on the Nexus display, only the fans were controlled differently for a short time. The problem actually came from HW Info and Commander Pro monitoring. I hadn't noticed the problem before because I hadn't had any problems since the HW Info installation. I disabled the Commander Pro monitoring in HW Info, and now it all works well.
