CORSAIR iCUE H100i RGB PRO XT Buzzing sound

Ever since I've taken my liquid cooling out of the box and hooked it up to my brand new build I've experienced a shrill buzzing noise from the pump constantly. It's more intense during games and I can't seem to fix it. I've tried plugging the associated fans into the motherboard instead of through the pump itself but to no avail. I've seen other people having similar issues with this liquid cooling system and I've tried their fixes but nothing has worked so far. I know it's definitely not the fans because I can tell the noise is originating from the pump. I would greatly appreciate any help.

Hey there, So sorry for the delay. Please go ahead and submit a ticket here so we can get some more information and help find a resolution for you. If possible please provide a short video with audio of the issue. Can you hear this with the fans and the side panel on. All pumps do have a slight noise as it is pumping fluid but this should not be loud like you describe.

I submitted a ticket 4 days ago and haven't gotten a response yet. I'll submit a new one with a video of the noise attached. I can hear this noise all the time. I can hear it pretty much anywhere in my apartment since it's very high pitched.
