Corsair VOID RGB Elite not turning on

My headset isnt turning on. well, if i try to turn it on i only hear the beeping sound of it turning on but on my screen it displays as off + the sound does not work. My headset worked perfectly fine but after i tried to reset it (mute+power button) i now have this problem.

Hey there, So sorry to hear of the experience you are having. By any chance is the light on the receiver flashing or off? If so we may just need to pair the headset following this guide. If this does not resolve the issue please submit a ticket here so we can help provide a resolution.
