My keyboard K60 RGB Pro is double spacing

Help!   Please  fix  -  this  has  cost  me   hours!

Hey there. Does the issue persist if you soft reset it?

1: Unplug the keyboard.

2: Press the Esc key

3: While holding the Esc key, plug in the keyboard.

4: Hold the key down for 10 seconds.

5: Release the key.

If it keeps double spacing, create a support ticket, and let us know the ticket number so that we can better help.

OK, I did that and get double spacing.

I can't actually figure out how to open a support ticket.  I see where I can view tickets, but not open them.

I'm using a "regular" non-mechanical keyboard now.  It feels horrible, but it doesn't double-space.

I ended up doing a hardware reset and that did the trick
