HS70 Pro Wireless detected as Void RGB Wireless by iCUE, Windows and having Void RGB Wireless drivers

Hi, after getting HS70 Pro Wireless I installed the newest version of iCUE software. iCUE detected my headset as HS70 Pro Wireless. I decided to restart my laptop and after that my HS70 Pro Wireless sterted getting detected as the Void RGB Wireless by iCUE, Windows and having Void RGB Wireless drivers (checked it in device meneger) if I plug the dongle into my laptop. They do not turn on and do not charge. Can I do anything with it to repair them and make them get alive again? Or should I return them to the shop?
