I tried many ways to solve the problem, but I failed. I contacted support and submitted a ticket, but there was no reply, so I'm asking for help here. My ticket number is 2005722596. Please, I need my keyboard firmware to make the hard reset. I would appreciate it if you could share the K63 wired keyboard firmware file.
