ram stick glowing pink in one spot no matter what i do

so ive tried force updating the firmware and few other things and nothing is seeming to work any help with this issue would be helpful

Contact Support.  There is a link at the bottom of this page or you can do it through the main website.  There was a run of stuck LEDs on Dominator Platinum models some time ago.  It's not clear what product you are using, but if the firmware flash did not resolve it there are not a lot of other user side remedies.
