Pump is no longer recognized in icue

Hello,

i have a h150i lcd elite pump.

the pump is no longer recognized in icue, even after reinstalling icue

the last time i restarted the computer i got a message system32 error...., I didn't have time to read the sequel.

the pump is on, I don't understand why I have the problem all of a sudden

J'ai résolu mon problème en débranchant tous les ports usb du corsair icue, but it disappears and comes back every 5 minutes

le plugin est revenu mais il s'est déconnecté plusieurs fois avec une sonnerie genre "ding dong"

j'avais remarqué aussi quand je joue un mw2, l'écran du lcd crash pour indiquer la température, j'ai dû remettre l'ordinateur pour que ça refonctionne.

I just played mw2 and the screen crashed again and it had been bugging me for a long time.

I do not know if the problem comes from there too but the numbers on the screen and crash,  I have to restart if I want to have the temperatures in real time.

pump plugin disappeared again and pump screen and crash.

I must not be the only one having this problem.

Hope this helps someone else, there seem to be a number of other threads with the same issue. Everything was working fine, then I got a notification that there was an update available and since then my fan was going nuts and the device wasn't showing in iCue or Link. Basically, the version of iCue that CORSAIR suggested I upgrade to doesn't support my device. So why it was offered as an update I have no idea.

Long story short, uninstall iCue v4, install v3.38.88 and you should be grand. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/downloads
