Goethe Posted November 29, 2022 Share Posted November 29, 2022 Hallo, since a few weeks or even months, meaning at least two ICUE updates I believe, I have this problem. Before this time the keyboard did not have this problem over ca. 18 months. The problem: ICUE cannot find my device (Keyboard K95 RGB Platinum, latest firmware V3.29 ) after wake up from energy saving mode. If I quit ICUE and restart it after wake up everything is fine ... until next wake up. I already fully reinstalled ICUE (including deleting registry and directories) and changed the USB ports. No change. I am currently running on Windows 10 (21H2 19044.2251, latest version) with ICUE (V4.30.162, latest version). Regards Goethe Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Solution Goethe Posted November 30, 2022 Author Solution Share Posted November 30, 2022 Thx, for your quick response. After changing to the former USB ports back again, it seems to run now. I have a ASUS ROG STRIX X570-F Mainboard with AM4 Socket. I am using now the blue USB 3.2 Gen1 Port from the backpanel. The red USD 3.2 Gen2 Ports obviously do now work stable with my K95.
