Hardware profiles not working properly

I have a K70 RGB Mk2

Icue version 4.30.162

Win 11 22H2 (not sure this helps)

I am having problems with my K70, it is not showing any hardware profile at shutdown or startup

I originally had a problem where it wasn't swapping to the software profiles at start and I would need to unplug KB to fix it.

I have reset keyboard  since then which fixed that but it still refuses to use the hardware profile.

I used the steps here https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360057700332-How-to-Fix-profile-issues-on-devices

They at least let me save a new profile but it doesn't show any colors at start now. Unless I reset KB and let it stay defaults.

If I go into Device Settings and save overwrite any of the profiles, it shows the bar but as soon as I click another choice it shows a warning saying I have an unsaved profile and I should go to the screen I just left to save it. Its an endless loop

I repaired Icue earlier too.

Would you mind providing screenshots of the entire iCUE window showing the light settings you are attempting to save to the onboard profiles of the keyboard?
