H170i Elite Lcd, broken display after software update?

Hello here is my problem, After installing the latest ICUE software, my pc froze and had to be restarted. Windows no longer responded, nor did the task manager, and after about 5 minutes I pressed the reset button on my pc because nothing worked. Since then, my display seems to be broken. I have already reinstalled the ICUE software but without success.

Maybe you have another idea to solve the problem, I hope I don't have to buy a new display because I only bought the AIO a few months ago ;(
