Probleme ecouteur droit casque HS80

Bonjour,

 

J'ai acheté il y a moins d'un an un casque HS80 filaire. Depuis quelques jours, je n'ai plus de son à l'ecouteur droit, malgré que l'ecouteur est eclairé .

Tous les paramètres windows fonctionnent (j'ai testé sur un autre pc) et le firmware de corsair est à jour.

 

Quelqu'un aurait il idée de la panne ?

Hello,

I bought the same unit as yours. A brand new unit was experiencing the problem you stated. The left channel of the headset was not giving out audio after I performed a firmware update (a normal thing to do after purchasing peripherals).

I returned the unit to the store they replaced it with a new set. I'm unsure if you still have a store warranty on your HS80 since it's been a year since purchase. You can get more help from Corsair Support by submitting a ticket at https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us

Thanks for your answer. I bought it at Amazon so may be I am going to do a claim with Amazon. Maybe It will be quicker than with Corsair.
