TheEggman17
I have had this keyboard for a while now. Today I updated ICUE for the first time in a while. Ever since then my keyboard will light up however none of the keys work. It shows up in ICUE with a red hazard symbol "Unavailable". What I've tried: Holding down Page Up and Page Down then plugging into pc. This semi works as I am able to update the firmware successfully, per the message in ICUE. The keys still no longer detect input. Then when going into settings it states the update failed. I can not find anywhere to manually download drivers. I am stuck on what to do further. Suggestions? TheEggman17
Update: I restarted my computer and the lights worked for a brief moment along with the keys then everything went black and the keys don't work. It keeps making the usb disconnect sound.
TheEggman17
I decided to check and my keyboard works fine without the ICUE software open. Do I need to use an older version of ICUE?
Solution TheEggman17 Posted November 26, 2022 Author Solution Share Posted November 26, 2022 FN + F4 reset wasn't working however after a couple tries my keyboard finally flickered and is recognized by ICUE, however it sends some weird audio frequency through my headphones only when the lights are on for the keyboard. Confused?
